School is out for summer and I never thought I would say this but I already miss the hectic, intense, learning experience! I have to say college is far more rewarding then high school but now is not the time to think about that. Now is a time to get a summer job!

Ah, I know I’ve been away for quite some time now! That’s because my main computer crashed from a virus and so I had to re install the OS. Thankfully, I backed up most of my files but I lost all the new projects I was planning on posting. Since that happen I was discouraged and decided to take a brake from digital art. I also took up an interest in YouTube and I’m also excited about college starting soon! Anyway the short story is that my life has become a lot more exciting and thus I’ve neglected my room and my main computer. I haven’t even installed Photoshop but that’s changing today!

I plan on making one digital image a week starting Saturday and I will not do any more LittleBig Planet art since I don’t want to think about the game until it comes out. Not to mention that it’s taken over my gallery and I don’t like that since I want my gallery to be filled with all sorts of styles and subjects.

Wow I finally got 1000 page views!!! I know to some of you it might not be much but for me it’s a step in the right direction. To tell you the truth it shouldn’t have taken me so long but life kicked in and I ended up leavening my deviant account for about a year. I thought my art sucked compared to the toped viewed art in the browsed section. I’m still not that good but I’m getting better as I draw more and learn more tricks.

For example I learned that it’s better to make a huge image to get all the fine detail and then shrink it down for the site. Now laugh all you want but I just learned this about two months ago when someone wanted a PS3 wallpaper for a 50” 1080p TV!!

Anyways back to the 1000 page views. I would like to thank everyone! Yes everyone, especially the people who didn’t like my art because I leaned so much from it.
